How do I book an event at Level?

Request a quote or contact us, and one of our event specialists will assist you in securing your date and ensuring a seamless process.

Can I hold a date for my event?

WE OPERATE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS AND DO NOT HOLD DATES WITHOUT ANON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

What is Level’s cancellation policy?

Once the deposit is paid, you may cancel your date; however, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please refer to your signed contract for full cancellation policy details.

Is security required?

Yes, a door concierge/security personnel is required for all events. For guest counts above 100, additional security may be necessary.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Designated smoking areas are available outside, with ashtrays provided. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted outside the venue.

What is the policy regarding children at Level?

Children are welcome but must be supervised by a guardian or designated babysitter at all times to ensure their safety.

What types of events can Level host?

Level accommodates a wide variety of events, including weddings, corporate conferences, private parties, galas, and outdoor celebrations. Our flexible spaces can be tailored to meet the unique needs of your event.

What are the capacity limits for events at Level?

Yes, our venue is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning to ensure comfort for your guests in every season.

Is live music allowed?

Yes, live bands are permitted. All musical performances must comply with our sound regulations to meet local ordinance requirements.

What is the process of renting level?

The process of renting Level is simple: First, we meet to understand your vision. Next, we prepare a tailored proposal to bring it to life. Finally, relax and enjoy your event while impressing your guests

Level offers versatile spaces with flexible layouts, upscale neutral finishes, outdoor terraces, a prime Pico Blvd location, AC and heating, high-speed internet, dressing rooms, restrooms, and a coat check area

what services does level offer?

Level offers comprehensive event planning, catering, furniture and décor setup, custom design and invitations, state-of-the-art production services, and professional valet parking to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

Yes, you may use an outside licensed caterer for a kitchen buyout fee of $3,000. Outside caterers must provide liability insurance naming Level as an additional insured.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes, while we have a curated list of preferred vendors known for their quality and reliability, you are welcome to bring your own vendors to personalize your event.

Can I arrive earlier to drop off event items?

All items must be delivered and picked up within the contracted rental times. Deliveries or pickups

What is the purpose of the security deposit?

The security deposit secures your event date. An additional security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or overtime incurred during your event. Security deposits are not applied to the rental fee.

Can I use candles during my event?

Candles are allowed if they comply with fire department regulations. Open flames must be contained with the flame at least 2 inches below the rim of the glass, or 5 inches if placed on the floor.

Is there a dressing area available?

Yes, we provide a beautifully appointed dressing area for your convenience. Additional hours beyond the rental time are available for an extra charge.

Do I need to provide insurance?

Yes, all vendors must provide proof of insurance. Clients may also need event insurance; please consult with our event team for specific requirements.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, Level features a fully equipped caterer’s kitchen designed for seamless food preparation and service for events of all sizes.
